Colombia – War of fireworks at the Perse

The night of the candles, la noche de las velas, has a long tradition in Colombia. Same night, in underdog neighbourhood La Perseverancia, young people divert themselves with firing fireworks at each other. Police doesnt interfere. Its as chaotic as it sounds.
